Escroc Not even 1 year with the product and one of the USB sockets comes off... Ask for help from support... Not exchangeable/under warranty... The product is guaranteed for 3 years though... Scammer

Je suis déçu de mon achat. Le bureau m'a été livré hier 22 mars incomplet, seulement les supports du bureau sans la table (panneau de dessus).

They delivered the table top, no legs. Then they told me I "just had to wait" for the legs.

I thought the table would be perfect that is why I ordered. Unfortunately the electronic part of the table only worked the first day then no matter what I tried there was no power getting to the table. I reached out to support and they started to help me, I even emailed a video of the issue as they asked but I haven’t heard back from them. I would like to resolve the issue rather than packing the table up and returning I for a refund as I think it will be great but if I don’t have the issue fixed by the end of the week I guess that is what I will do.

When I opened the box to assemble the table, desk top was already damaged. I want to return it and get a replacement please.

I was really looking forward to receiving this desk. Unfortunately they only delivered half to me. When I asked them about it, they showed me the other half was delivered… not to my house. It’s been a month and they still haven’t refunded me or found my desk. Could be a nice desk, I don’t know. Awful customer service though.
