It was perfect, except for the slight bend under the drawer. I don't know why. Found it when I opened the box. It doesn't affect to the drawer. So I just decided to keep it.

Received about 3 days after my order. I did not use it yet, seem it is good quality.

good quality, easy to install

Its a 4.5. Pretty stable at full height, minimal wiggle. Clean look. East to assemble and shipping was actually quicker than expected. USB are a nice idea but placement didn't work in my particular setup. Wish the cross support bar at the base was higher.
