Pretty good overall. Would've liked the middle post to go a bit higher. Also keep in mind that the cable management channels are VERY tight when you have 1 DVI + 1 HDMI + monitor power so if you plan to use more than 2 inputs or add usb to that it won't fit (however I know this is an uncommon use case). I had to turn the middle mount all the way to one side for the monitor to sit a bit further back.
