Relies on cloud servers that don't work, so pictures never showed up.

Poor product. The quality of this digital photo frame was very poor. The response time and connectivity was horrible. It did not respond well to the command buttons when pressed and freezes a lot. The feel of the frame feels like a toy. Definitely not worth the price. If I could I would not even give it a star.
