The material this surface is made out of clings to hair and dust, and causes streaks when you roll over it with the wheels of your chair. This means you have to vacuum the thing daily otherwise it looks filthy. I threw this thing out after only using it for a couple of months.

Unfortunately under weight from my chair, this product starts to bunch up, making rolling very difficult and defeating part of the purpose. There is also a very strong rubber/chemical smell that made me quite nauseated. I currently have the mat on my balcony in the sun, which will hopefully eliminate some of the smell. A shame that I bought two.

Doesn't stick to the floor very well. Will move with the chair when rolling. Not very satisfied with this purchase.
