The reason for the rating is that although it's a nice looking kettle, there is no level of water indicator so it requires to open the lid to check how much water is inside every time before turning ON. Also the manual shows and explains the settings in Celsius but the display is in Fahrenheit with no option to switch. The specs should be more clear on the website.
