took a while to get a sturdy installation. but its definitely sturdy and my cats love it.

We had the single tier one and are cats loved it, this one they never want to leave good thing it does not have a feeding dish built in.

les velcro sont mal situer pour gripper des 2 coter en meme temps,ventouse pour fenetre qui ne colle pas jai du les coller au alien taper ou je retrouvais mes chat par terre apres meme pas 30secondes.

Love the size of it bit it does not stick well. I will have to use Alien tape as well, or to get new sucker. With all the same problem, hopefully Shopper+ will resolve it!

Extremely disappointed to find that two of the suction cups were completely flat and not able to attach to the window despite several tries. Website is not allowing me to submit a return request, a complete waste of money and time.
