I have used this dehumidifier for 2 months and the manual functions (controlled by the panel) work well. The best part is the pump function, so you don't have to empty the tank. However, I docked 2 marks for a few reasons: 1) The wifi app doesn't work well, as it constantly disconnects and I have to keep re-adding the machine in the app. After awhile I gave up and just use the panel to control, which defeats the extra $ you're paying for this feature. 2) I've observed that after about one week (powered on, but not always running), the machine encounters an error and gets stuck where all the lights on the panel turn on together, and the buttons are no longer responsive. After that I need to unplug and restart the machine. This has happened 6 times in the 2 months I've run the machine It remains to be seen how durable this machine is, as when I first received it, the metal fins on the back of the machine (inside a plastic cover) were bent and I had to straighten them out one by one - the fins are made of a soft metal so I cannot completely straighten them all.

On 2 occasions the machine lights all came on and if you touched the lights they would do nothing…I had to unplug it to reset it back to normal…..it also overflowed once…..has anyone else seen this?.
