Replaced the casters that came with the DPS gaming chair from Costco with these. It's a lot quieter and feels smoother when rolling around. A couple of cons for me: 1) it adds about an inch more to seat height, making it a little awkward to move around (I'm 5'7" and the seat is already at it's lowest). It also means my chair can't tuck under the desk anymore. 2) there's a bit more resistance when try to roll in one direction and then another. I fear the constant rolling around will wear out the rubber and end up creating a flat spot. but only time will tell.

These wheels are advancing the chair they are installed on in a great way. They roll easily, are completely silent and definitely protect your floors. They do have one small fault, they develop flat spots over time. After sitting on the chair for a few hours you can feel that these wheels developped a flat spot. On a side note they roll so easy that my chair now goes on trips following my unlevel floor!

Lets your chair roll smoothly. One thing I found was this type of roller causes your chair to shift a bit when you go to sit back into your chair. It's a bit frustrating if you're coming from a conventional set of wheels where you're locked into place.
