I decided to go back to Epsom after trying remanufacted and generic cartridges. Though colours have been satisfactory, I’ve yet to find a black cartridge that gave me more than a dull grey, so wanted to compare with the original. However, E. still continues to overcharge on their ink, so I’m only giving them three stars for that reason. Delivery was a little slower than usual, but still ok. However the package was huge for a small item, so shame on you Shopper for not paying attention to the waste.

Great service but Canada Post does not share your enthusiasm for expediency.

I haven't used it yet as it just arrived yesterday along with a magenta and a cyan cartridge. All 3 arrive with the cardboard containers squashed. The cartridges appear to be in good condition. Not sure if the problem was the bubble envelope they came in or FedEx's handling of them.
