Easy and quick assembly. All pieces in, screws and threads lined up. Fast delivery. COmfortable. Docking 1 star at present since there are no operating instructions and I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the lumbar support up and down. Will report back over time as to how the chair stands up to regular use.
