The back angle on this chair is incredibly uncomfortable, even on its lowest setting the lumbar is so much that your upper shoulders do not touch the chair or headrest. Very poor design.

Very disappointing. Cheaply made and broke: mesh pulled out of the side of the chair after 8 months. Look for a higher quality chair.
