The maximum height adjustment is way to low, there is no seat angle adjustment neither backrest angle adjustment. I should have read the complete spec better (it’s the first time I see a chair that sit so low). Most frustrating part is the restocking fees. Maybe I bought too much item from Amazon… I will try to resell it locally.

Critical design flaw: the back pin that the entire back rest pivots on is metal on metal on metal. After a single day, the slightest movement or reclining will cause it to creak and pop, louder than snapping spaghetti. You could get it to spots where it sounded like firecrackers. It was unusable until I spent an hour disassembling and testing to find the source. Adding a ton of synthetic grease to that pivot point reduced it a ton but it will still creak/pop occasionally with movement. TERRIBLE design flaw :-( Next, the sizing is 'off' for anyone with medium to slight build. The back rest doesn't move forward enough so your butt is almost touching the rear plastic edge of the seat. The arm rests are about 1-2" too far from your sides to make them not very useful. As reference, I am 5'7" and 155lbs. For someone with a larger/stockier build, this might be perfect. Still, the seat and back mesh is comfortable and the reclining function is nice. Just overshadowed by a couple design flaws.
