Great chair! Very comfortable and easy to adjust the settings. The foot rest is a great bonus I've never seem before on this type of chair. Well worth the price. (I have less complimentary things to say about FedEx though, which delivered the item 2 days earlier (changed the shipping date with approx 3 hours notice or less and dumped the box in the middle of the driveway, well in view of anyone walking down the sidewalk while I was watching a movie at the movie theatre because it was supposed to arrive on Monday rather than Saturday. Luckily it wasn't stolen. FedEx has really started to go downhill. My other FedEx order from a different store was also messed up. You should seriously consider using a different courier company. It's bad for business).

I've been using this chair for about two months now, and I love it. I had a $2000 Herman Miller Aero for the past 10+ years, and this very affordable chair actually comes close to it, IMHO! I mean, you can certainly tell the quality build & material differences, but in terms of comfort and functionality, it's close. I don't use the pull-out footrest very often, but when I do, it feels very comfortable & solid.

This chair has been a life saver, my old one left me with back pain after a long day sitting. My new chair however has been wonderful to sit on, keeps me cool in the Summer and it is so comfy. Its even got a foot rest! what an awesome chair. Highly Recommend.

6FT, 250lbs and i find it very comfortable i use a Purple seat cushion. Mesh material In a week you will not notice it. Height adjustable, Reclines very nice, adjust knob under seat for backrest tension unless you want hit the floor when you lean back for the first time you sit down. Excellent neck and lumbar support. Very Sturdy! Arm rests are height adjustable and curved to fit your forearms. Rolls smoothly on carpet. 68LBS when delivered very heavy.

My Hyken from Staples starting to break (two of the four bolts holding the seat to the bottom sheared off) so it was time for a new office chair. Super happy with this choice. This is a better made chair. It's far more comfortable and I love the footrest! I have a big screen TV in my office and I can see myself staying in the chair rather than the couch to watch TV.
