I've been using this office chair for about a week now and sitting in it daily for at least 8+ hours a day. Unfortunately, I've already experienced serious leg pains. While the quality and materials of the chair seem to be decent, there is a major design flaw that is causing pain to my hamstrings. The seat cushion is made of a mesh-type material, which initially felt comfortable, but I've found that the front portion of the seat, which is supported by a very firm cushion, is putting a lot of pressure on my hamstrings if my leg is supported on the floor 90 degrees. This caused some serious hamstrings pain for me. Overall, I don't recommend this chair to anyone wants to daily drive it. But it is Ok as a guest chair.

I bought this chair on sale. The box didn't look like brand new. The chair is not really comfortable. The seat mesh material doesn't feel good. There are some scratches on the back, seat edge, and wheelbase. The free return policy is not true. I sent pictures back to them as per their request on Aug 12, 2022. So far I haven't heard anything yet.

I'm disappointed in this chair. I bought a very similar one here about 4 months ago that was much better quality and the price was better too. I thought it was the same chair but I was wrong. I should have double checked the model number first. This one has small and cheap arm rests that are uncomfortable, a small seat that looks like it's meant for an adolescent and not a fully grown man, and the fabric used on the foot rest is cheap too. When you turn the knob on the back to adjust the box in the lower back area, it makes a clicking sound and pops when you get to the end. I wish I didn't buy it. I'd return it but the cost of shipping will probably be a lot. So I'll keep it. But I'm dissatisfied with this purchase as the quality has gone down. I probably won't buy a chair from this store again after this experience.
