Terrible customer experience: -Shipping took forever (ordered September 1st, shipped September 5th, received mid-September) -Does not work. When plugging this in, nothing shows up and there is no information online or in the packaging indicating that any driver download is necessary Essentially, I waited two weeks to be shipped garbage.
