I’m sure the product is great. Sadly, UPS refused to deliver it so I guess I’ll never know. If I had any suggestions, it would be to offer shipping options other than UPS. UPS has never delivered to our building in the 10 years we’ve lived here. Had I realized they were the shipping company, I probably would have ordered from another store. But, the customer service team is amazing and very helpful. So, I’ll keep watching in hopes they start offering alternative delivery companies (like Canada Post).
