Last week, I bought this dome security camera, the SD card cannot be identified by the camera initially, I sent a email to Shopper+, they replied me on time say will ask someone to help me. Then few day past till now, no response from them. Note, after one day, the camera identified the SD card after one day. But try this camera, the quality is low, it not a 8MP resolution. I am a loyalty customer many years with shopper+. Very disappointed and bad customer service and poor quality product. Even $50 security camera from Amazon is better than this $160 camera. Do not waste your money to buy this
