I got this to go with my sit stand desk and am very happy. Even with a carpeted floor, this mat helps my whole legs from my feet to my hips. If I’m not using it while standing, I notice quickly. The mat is a nice thickness and the textured elements make switching standing in multiple positions easy

Love this mat it's really comfy and the little spike are a great addition Little note I had to leave it in the garage for a week to off gaz and also was a bit oily in the beginning but after a few weeks everything's great

Excellent comfort

Good sized mat, feels comfortable and helps with standing at my standing desk! The footprints do feel a little far apart but then again you don't need to stand on both really do you.
