This works great and is the perfect addition to our new built-in TV setup above our fireplace. Installation was easy (we installed it backwards to the picture so the outlet is on the left) and the overall product quality is great. My only complaint is that I wish the cable opening was just a tad smaller - I have a really thick HDMI cable and I couldn't bend it through the opening and into my in-wall conduit without removing the entire box from the wall first. At least I won't be adding/changing cables often for this to be too big of a concern.

Works great and is easy to install. Be aware that the included outlet is tamper resistant which can make it difficult to plug a TV into while mounting.
