        This was re orders…..one Colour. Cartridge would not down load into my computer. One did the other would not. Black cartridges ….no problem? PSW

          4 Products were received…. unable to down load one coloured cartridge .tried second coloured cartridge there was no problem? Blacks was no problem? Just installed one. PSW.26
