OXO is a great company. Their products are reliable and in the rare case that something does go wrong, their warranty service is top notch. I have the both the salt and pepper grinder in the model and I'm very pleased. A definite recommend from me.

This is by far the best Pepper Grinder I have had. Over the years I probably have purchased over half a dozen pepper grinders & they all ended up in thee trash. I think this one will last quite a while. I love the different settings on this grinder.

Hi, Was happy with it because it work very well. But after a few month, it started working erratically. I emptied it, cleaned it with a soft toothbrush and made sure there was nothing blocking the mechanism. No use, it didn't solve the problem and I don't use it anymore, back to my old one from another cie. By the way, only use with pepper. A bit predictable with this type of product. I'm going to be a little more skeptical with similar products.

Oxo is top choice on several cooking shows. We are very pleased with our pepper grinder.
