The Stylus Pen was received damaged and could not be used. This was raised with representative of Shopper+, enclosing photos of the defective Stylus Pen. An officer replied and apologised for the situation and asked whether I preferred a replacement of the item, or a refund. As I needed the use of a stylus pen, I replied that a replacement was preferred. Thereafter, there was no further response to my reminders.
