Bonjour, j'ai acheté le 12/03/2024 la cartouche bleu salit toutes les feuilles, elle coule tout le temps. J'aimerais pouvoir retourner et avoir un remboursement pour cette cartouche mais je ne sais pas comment procéder. Merci au fabricant de me répondre.

This order of blue toner seems to be a bad batch, the first toner and 2nd replacement toners leaks within 2 weeks of usage made the entire page blue, good thing the customer service replaced the toner both time without hassle, so far the 3rd one seems to be holding up, hopefully it doesn't leak again.
