Bonjour, j'ai acheté le 12/03/2024 la cartouche bleu salit toutes les feuilles, elle coule tout le temps. J'aimerais pouvoir retourner et avoir un remboursement pour cette cartouche mais je ne sais pas comment procéder. Merci au fabricant de me répondre.

I paid extra to get the chip so my printer would show me the level of toner remaining, however the printer recognized it was a non HP product and does not show ink level.
