The stovetop is significantly better than I was hoping it would be. I bought it for a gift for my brother. I don't want to be cheap I mean I want to buy nice things but at the same time I can't afford expensive stuff. Bestows the best of both worlds it's as nice as you would expect any stove top to be put it cost under $100
