Love the soap. Hate the smell of apple and basil. Probably a personal thing but this smell just doesn’t work for me.

2 levels but soap came put full of your balm eventhough it set to level 1 only. Soap cam out unexpected and sensor is too sensitive. for a bottle of 250 ml foaming soap, you can only use 20-25 times. Waste of money.

This product does not pump out the contents. It makes noise, it had a silly display which disappears quickly and so it is useless. The unit powers down quickly despite trying two brands of fresh batteries (energizer and duracell). This means that the power button has to be pressed before use. This power-down "feature" makes the product useless as "no-touch" device. The pump tube is somewhat transparent, and so it is clear that no liquid is rising above the level in the container. I will NEVER buy another product from this manufacturer and I have serious doubts that the five star rating was provided by real people.

Problem with the soap dispensor. It doesnot work after 2 weeks .

Very Bulky and looks cheap

Stop working in 2 days.
