Some of the black balloons were unusable, they were stuck together and would just rip when forcing them open. Other than that the balloons were perfect.

Overall a great kit, however a whole pack (20 pcs) of balloons was not functional. they were probably old and we're stuck together. When I attempt to unstick them, they will break. Luckily I had bought some additional balloon to supplement the kit and still got a descent display. The confetti balloons were excellent! This product would've be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the non-functioning pack
