Excellent customer service. The delivery guy was really sweet and even called to make sure I pick it up. The pad itself is smooth and simple. Perfect for a slick desk setup. You can definitely write on it if you have a notebook. One sheet at a time might be uncomfortable. For a mouse, this is just awesome. Covers my whole desk, love the protection it gives.

Bought this for my new stand up desk. It protects the desk and also works great as a mousepad. No more lifting the mouse and bringing it back because I ran out of room, I can now move it as far as I want! It’s a big bonus when I’m doing some digital art. As far as quality goes, it seems pretty good. Time will tell.

this is great so far. it isn't as soft as another table mat I have so I hope it's more durable.
