      slips out of the ears easily and has a fair amount of static when connected to any device.

        The left earbud was working, but with really annoying crackling sound. The right one wasn't working at all. Though, They gave me my money back in store credit without having to send the item back.

            Right side ear bud possessed constant high-pitched electrical-noise-type distortion noticeable at lower volumes. Turns out the left one was doing the same, though not nearly as noticeable as the right. Purchased on sale for a great price, but didn't bother with an exchange due to other reviewers' experiences.
