After years of using my ergonomic chair, I decided it was time to invest in a higher-quality one. My goal was to find a chair at a reasonable price that could make long hours of sitting more comfortably, alleviate fatigue, improve posture, and, most importantly, help alleviate my back pain. Having been a loyal customer of the Moustache brand for years by purchasing their ink and, just last year, acquiring a high-end laser printer at a competitive price, I decided to trust them for my chair purchase. Unfortunately, the chair I purchased turned out to be a disappointment. It was not comfortable to sit in at all, mainly because it was too large for me. I found myself in a dilemma: either I had to perch uncomfortably at the edge of the chair with my back pressed against the backrest or sit further back, leaving a significant gap between my back and the chair. This only exacerbated my fatigue and did little to improve my posture. While the customer service representatives were polite, their assistance was not particularly helpful. Returning the chair would entail bearing the shipping costs myself and receiving a reduced refund compared to the original purchase price. As a solution, they suggested I purchase a back support, offering it to me at the price reserved for Plus Members, despite already being one. Faced with limited options, I reluctantly bought the back support. However, using it hasn't improved the situation much, as now I cannot lean my head back comfortably against the headrest, it's positioned too far away. Would I recommend this chair? Absolutely not. My advice is to steer clear of it altogether. Would I consider purchasing anything else from Moustache besides ink? Never again. This experience has been a total failure and loss.
