I already contacted your company as the black cartridge shows full on the printer and the Smart HP app but the coloured only shows half full. I was told the cartridge is probably not reading properly and uf I have a probkem to let you know. When it runs out, it will be too late!

the red in the colored cartridge ran out, I did not use it a lot, is there any way you could help me with this, it is the first time I have ever had a problem with any ink cartridges I have bought from you, thank you, I will be waiting for your reply

Nous utilisons ces cartouches depuis environ 2-3 ans avec notre imprimante, les têtes sont vraiment gommées maintenant et même avec plusieurs nettoyage de tête il n’y a plus rien à faire. Certaines couleurs ne sortent plus. Le prix est dur à battre, mais à long terme je ne suis pas certaine si ça vaut la peine.
