The customer service agent replied my previous review here saying my concern was taken care of, because they agreed to do an exchange, and I have to send them the product back first. I did what they requested, only to receive another defected product. This chair has obviously been damaged and repaired with a blotch of wood filler. I purchased a new chair, not a refurbished one. So no my concern was not resolved.

Poor quality control and poor customer service. One of the 3 chairs was obviously a defective product. The chair leg has very noticeable scratch and the stainless steel ring having a large patch and a dent, making it not a perfect circle, resulting the 4 legs to be uneven, beyond adjustment with the rubbers parts. Contacted customer service trying to get them replaced or get this issue resolved. They offer me 10 dollar store credit and that’s it ??! Is this a joke? They dont seem to care about resolving their product’s issue at all. What am I supposed to do with the 10 dollar store credit? Buy a candy bar and be happy with a piece of dysfunctional object taking space in my home?
