These are a big hit at the office so far. The quality is above what was expected for the good price these are. So initial impression is good. I found that it is far easier to assemble if the lumbar is attached to the arms first, then adding the back rest piece to it. The way the instructions are makes it very difficult to attach the arms with out the lumbar/backrest falling out of place. Other than the instructions needing improvement, very happy with the chairs.

J'adore ! Le coussin dans le bas du dos et l'appuie-tête sont bien placés. Je suis quand même assez grande (5p8) et je suis confortable. La résistance s'ajuste pour se balancer ou non par en arrière. Si jamais ca bloque, pensez à tirer sur le manche pour monter ou descendre la chaise. Il y a un mécanisme de "barrure" pour pas que la chaise balance vers l'arrière. Pour le prix, c'est vraiment très bien!!

Very poorly designed. When assembling, the back, armrest and bottom need to be held together by hand while the screws are put in place. Then when assembling the left side of the chair, the parts don't fit together because the pieces on the right side keep moving.

I like it, it was easy to assemble, and I'm a 280 lbs electrician it fits a large man and feels strudy.
