I like how the arm move up and down and the back support but, will have to get use to the waterfall seat.

I am disappointed. I bought it to replace my old office chair and thought that the waterfall seat description would make this comfortable, but it is less comfortable than my old chair, which I had for many years. I would return it but the penalty for refund is too much
