Two of the colours are not accepted by my printer

very bad quality.

Worked initially on my Epson WF-3820 but after performing a printer update that needed to be done, the relatively new cartridge (only used a few times) unfortunately did not work any more, with a message showing "Cannot recognize ink cartridge. Try installing again."

Epson has updated their firmware to no longer recognize these cartridges. If you haven't updated your firmware, you should be ok. If you did, these will not work, and there is no firmware roll back. I've been down that rabbit hole. Epson know EXACTLY what they are doing, so now you know too. This is NOT Shopper+ fault, so I don't blame them in this. But they should at least make buyers aware of the issue, or just stop selling these units.

DO NOT BUY THIS! Ink cartridges are not recognized by my printer (WF-4830) even though the model number clearly appears on the product page. If you check the picture, the cartridge is a different format and the chip is different as well. I have contacted support to resolve this, but they have been unhelpful and are refusing to honor their satisfaction guarantee...
