The unit does not work at all... Suspecting a faulty foaming motor. Have requested a replacement which hasn't been issued despite it being a couple of days already... I checked the batteries and it does light up, but does not dispense. Was so looking forward to it. Will update the review if the new unit comes along.

poor quality not working after a month

bought 4 only 1 is operational as its rarely use, quality is poor

Unfortunately it does not work. The light comes on but nothing comes out. I’m kind of sad cause I was looking forward to using it.

I'm not sure what's going on with this dispenser. It worked beautifully for the first few hours, then it decided not to release foam at all, but just some sad looking spurts of liquid. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I bought many products from shoppers plus & prime cable and they were fabulous except this specific product. It stop working immediately and a day after it start to drain the sop non stop as liquid and not form soap and start to smoke. I immediately took the battery out of the machine and called prime cable and they offer me refund. Word of caution: may be it’s one off bad Apple, but just be careful as it may explode or start a fire. I wish it worked well for me as the concept is great but sadly it didn’t go well for me.
