These are *NOT* 120V bulbs, despite what they look like. I wanted some economical 1W "mood light" bulbs and bought a few of them. They looked different than the pictures when they arrived, and blow immediately in a 120V socket. Trying one on a low voltage power supply, they light up nicely on just a few volts of DC power. They are meant to be run on a low voltage transformer I found out. :-/ So the one I have that's still good is pretty useless to me.
