I rated this cutter 5 Leaves, because quality matches the price. You’re not exactly sure where your blade is going to be cutting, but do a practice run, then you’ll be fine. And do that though for every project. It squeaks. Get additional blades. The black cutting strip, is getting chewed up, and that is going to affect getting a clean cut soon. But I don’t think it’s replaceable. I would probably not buy this system again. But for the cheap price, it was good!

Great paper trimmer for scrapbooking! Not as expensive as others. I hope to be able to buy a new blade if this one wears out.
