i had some issues with the kettle originally but the customer service wqs quick in rectifying the issue

I am a daily tea drinker. I am tired of cleaning tea stains of my old teapot. I decided to purchase this stainless steel teapot. I have been using it everyday for more than a week now. So far I am pleased as I don't need to clean any tea stains and just rinse with water. The teapot can be very hot so be careful.

cute kettle, but the infucer is a bit short. Unless you make a full pot, the inducer is useless.

Great tea pot, larger than showed in picture.

Like the style of the teapot but found that it didn't keep the tea hot. The outside of the pot became too hot to touch after the tea had steeped for a few minutes. The handle was okay.
