J'ai complètement perdu mon argent en achetant cette cartouche sans puce. J'ai endommagé le chip HP original avec l'extracteur fourni et maintenant, la cartouche est inutilisable et je dois m'acheter une cartouche OEM de HP. Achat à éviter car la cartouche n'est pas remboursable si vous avez un problème et que la cartouche n'est pas défectueuse. I completely wasted my money buying this cartridge without a chip. I damaged the original HP chip with the supplied extractor and now the cartridge is unusable and I have to buy an OEM cartridge from HP. Purchase to avoid because the cartridge is not refundable if you have a problem and the cartridge is not defective.

Junk product it requires you to remove the micro chip from factory HD toner and install on this didn’t work for me. I asked for a return label ans didn’t ever get shipped. Do not purchase.
