This is a useful item for condo living! The wheels aren’t the greatest however - fine for wood or wood panel, but likely not the greatest with carpet. Assembly, very easy - however, you’ll find one screw that secures the gas pump latch to be a bit challenging. I’d recommend the product

Solid table, surface is glued to pressboard, not the greatest finish but you need to consider the price of this item. The lift is strong, the base wheels are low to the ground which is very convenient to roll under beds and sofas.

Table is as described (even though you cannot have the leg in the middle, as one of the pictures shows). Not as stable as if it had 2 legs but still stable enough to work standing all day. Nice to be able to lower the table when I am not working standing. Top is covered by a glued polymer that looks great but that can shrink under heat (like if you leave the table under the sun).
