It's okay. It's better than dollar store headset but not much.

No Warranty. Had to buy a second one when the first broke. They are good value and work well, but didn't last very long

Average built quality, audio is ok, but the mic is not sensitive at all, you need to fix it very close to your mouth and talk loud. Not really practical...

Product arrived broken and not working which appeared to be an ‘in transit’ misshap. (Most likely courier caused) Can’t comment on the headset but will say that the Shopperplus customer service was excellent in resolving what needed resolving. Have been buying from them for some years and have never had a problem with them. Good honest company.
