Just installed my first 910XL cartridge and HP will not accept it and will not print????

Je commande toujours un ensemble d'avance pour éviter de manquer d'encre et ces cartouches ne fonctionnent pas: j'ai gaspillé 80$.

Does not work in HP 8015e printer. Returning for refund as 123ink is unable to fix the issue.
