Will not work with HP since update… shopper plus and replacements and they did not work either

Thank you for your review. By looking at your account, I see that a refund will be issued once we receive the cartridge back. Please keep in mind that HP updates their printers every 3 months, and if the printer has been updated, our cartridges may not be compatible anymore.

Does not work in HP 8015e printer. Returning for refund as 123ink is unable to fix the issue.
