So far, it works okay. But there are some design flaws, like some of the veggies fall outside the container that catches the food, thereby defeating its purpose. It's a hassle to set up, if you're looking to just slice a couple of vegetables. And it takes up a sizable chunk of space in the kitchen. While it isn't necessarily an eyesore, it looks so much like an appliance from the 80s (actual product looks more yellowed than in the photos).
