The box is damaged when received. Arrange a replacement. The 2nd time the box is also damaged but not as serious as the first time. From past experience, I am quite sure the box will be damaged if not protected with a carton box. Don't quite understand why warehouse doesn't use a carton box to protect the original box when shipment. This is the reason I deduct one star from the rating. For the lamp, it is 5 stars. A lot of options to choose such as brightness and colour. You can control through the pole or remote control. The most important thing is that this lamp is very bright.

This product came quickly and arrived with no damage. The reason for the 4 stars is because it was both confusing and difficult to put the parts together (because of the wire inside the poles). Also, you have to buy your own batteries if you want to use the remote control. But overall, it is a great product that does what it says, I would recommend it.
