I've been using this for months, it's awful and I don't like it. I got two "32-inch Odyssey Neo G8 Monitors" and the arm can't handle their weight it keeps tilting down. Arm says it can hold up to 19 lbs, the monitor is 15.5 lbs. Every time I'm using the computer I need to re-adjust/tighten the bolt as far as possible. Now I'm using Legos to support my monitors, I'm done.

The screen support is stuck, immovable and in a plus shape making the arm unusable. First time buying from prime cables absolutely discouraged.
