          I was so excited to get a brand new coffee grinder I waited a full week and this is what I end up getting for $15. It looks like I got used one or returned from a previous customer. I noticed something odd about the brown box it came in the clear seal sticker was tampered with. Then when I opened it up and took off the bubble wrap I noticed hundreds of finger prints all over the stainless steel on the outside of the coffee grinder. Then inspected more around the lid and around all areas of the coffee grinder. The clear lid was all marked up and wasn’t a brand new product. Then I gentle turned over the coffee grinder to inspect the bottom and I could hear a sound inside like something came loose or was broken off from the previous customer who own this product! I would like a refund and replacement for the inconvenience of having a used product sent to me that wasn’t new at all! I’m actually super disappointed as have spent 1000’s of dollar on your platform! I hope someone can solve this issue before it happens to someone else! I’m so heart broken to see something that is advertised as new and it’s not new at all!
