not very comfortable. but hard. and make sure don't use a desk chair with rolling wheel if plan to use this for nap. or else will roll u away from desk. not very useful

The fabric is good. But the back curvature is a bit small. I think a larger curve would be more comfortable.

Unfortunately I waited too long to return hoping I will find a way to make it work for me, but I did not. It is indeed very soft and there is some adjustability to it but it is difficult to find the right position and one has to fully get up to adjust as the pillow is stiff in that sense which is a good thing if you're able to find the right position, it won't move from it. But I cannot find a position that won't cause me way worse back pain.
